Team
Requirements at Check-In
| Proof of ASA Sanction |
Each team is required to provide proof of 2008 ASA
Sanction. Items accepted are: Team Sanction Card,
Individual Registration Cards, Signed ASA Roster. |
| Proof of Team Insurance |
Each team will be required to leave a photo copy of
their team insurance policy at check-in . If you
do not have a team insurance policy, please email Patty
at
cincysoftball@fuse.net to secure team insurance.
Team insurance includes the Individual Registration
program offered by the ASA. |

Slugger Fest I teams will be required to turn in
their roster - found on this site -

You can email, mail or turn in at check-in. |
| Player Profiles |
Slugger Fest II teams are highly requested
to have each of their non-college committed players
complete an online player profile form. Slugger
Fest II is a "Showcase / Exposure" event. In
addition, it is highly recommended that your athletes
email coaches from the different schools they are
interested in attending to let the college coaches know
they will be participating in Slugger Fest II - 2008.
Slugger Fest does not sell, nor give to anyone other
than an identifiable college coach the information
provided on the Player Profile forms. |
