shall have the official time piece. No new inning shall begin
after the one hour and twenty and/or thirty minute time limit.
The game clock will be stopped only for injury or protest.
- In the event of a tie game
after seven complete innings of play, the International
Tie-Breaker shall begin in the 8th inning. In the
event that time has expired, and a game is tied, the
International Tie-Breaker will be instituted at the top of the
next inning!
- There shall be a 12 run rule
after three (3) innings, 10 run rule after four (4) innings, 8
