TOURNAMENT FORMAT

Slugger Fest will be a four
game guarantee as indicated by format below -
weather permitting! |

All teams in all age
divisions will play two pool games leading into
the Official ASA Double Elimination
Bracket. Teams will be seeded based
upon their finish in pool play per ASA Code.
(1st vs 4th and 2nd vs 3rd.) |

General - Pool Game
format |
All games will be
scheduled one hour and forty-five minutes apart
with each game having a one hour and 30 minute
time limit. No new inning will start after 1
hour and 25 minutes.
In the event of a tie, the International
Tie-Breaker will be instituted.
Posted game times are
approximate! It shall be the coach /
managers responsibility to have his/her team
ready to take the field at the completion of the
preceding game! Bracket boards at each park
will be the OFFICIAL GAME TIMES. It
shall be the manager's responsibility to confirm
games times!
In the event of inclement weather All Managers
MUST check-in with the Manager on Site prior to
leaving the park. Communications is the
KEY to a successful event! |
