This will be the final year
for Slugger Fest. As we mark our 20th annual
event, it's time to hang up the cleats.

Sanction & Insurance |
All teams
must provide proof of Team
Insurance. |

Game Guarantee |
2 pool games
with all teams advancing into a double elimination
bracket. |

Registration |
Teams are
registered on a first-come, first-paid basis.
There will be a limited number of openings for the 2011
season. |

Housing |
Hotel rooms
are blocked for your convenience and each will have a
special code for reduced rates and/or added amenities
for Slugger Fest participants. Most hotels will offer a
free continental breakfast! |

Awards |
Team trophy
and Individual awards for up to 15 players in each age
division and classification. |
|
*College Coach
Invitees |
While
Slugger Fest can and does invite the over 600 college
coaches to attend our event, it is ultimately the
athletes / coaches responsibility to contact the coaches
to let them know you will be here. We in no way
guarantee that all the coaches we invited will attend
all events held during Slugger Fest. |

Gate Fees |
Each team
will receive a maximum of 3 coach passes for admission.
All other non-players / coaches will be required to pay
the entrance fee.
Our gate policies are that individuals under 16 enter
free as well as senior citizens. |

Division |
Slugger Fest
Staff reserves the right to combine the division should
the need arise. |
|
Refunds |
There will
be $50 fee to drop out and have your monies returned.
No refunds for teams dropping out when there are ample
teams in the tournament. |
