First of all thank you for registering for the Student Athlete Showcase Games
being held during Slugger Fest II!
I apologize for the tardiness of my getting your specific information to you
regarding the games. Registrations have been coming in rapidly the past few
weeks and I have made every attempt to get everyone their first position of
choice.
You have been chosen to participate on Team ____. A complete listing of
positions is now posted on the web site at
www.sluggerfest.com/08Showcase/SCasePlayers.htm This listing will
indicate the position you will be playing.
I have taken position players from the earliest registrations based upon their
first choice, and then began filling in with second position choices.
This has been done based upon the time stamp of your registration form for the
showcase games.
All of the Showcase games will be played at Rivershore Sports Complex. The
address is 7842 River Road, Hebron, KY 41048. Please check the web site for
specific directions.
Please plan to arrive at least one hour prior to your game scheduled to check-in
and pay for your spot. (Do not mail your registration fee.) The fee is only $25
per player and payment can be made by either check (with your summer team name
on the memo line) or cash.
Please wear your summer team uniform for identification purposes.
Here are the game times:
Teams A, B, C, D, S, T, U and V will play at 5:30 pm
Teams E, F, G, H, L, P, Q and R will play at 6:30-7:00 pm
Teams J, K, M, N and additional sign-up athletes will play at 8:00-8:30 pm.
Please take a moment to reply to this email verifying that 1) you have received
this information and 2) to confirm your participation.

We will take additional athletes for the last round of games if you are
interested in playing another position or have a teammate that would still like
to sign up.
